From my very first role in a busy salon to building a loyal list of wonderful clients, I knew I wanted more than just a job – I wanted to create a space where people felt special the moment they walked through the door. That dream came true in 2019 when I opened The Beauty Zone in Bishop’s Stortford. Since then, I’ve built a fabulous team that shares my vision, and together we’ve grown into a salon that’s about so much more than beauty treatments.
